COVID 19 Update

Dear Parents/Guardians,

I pray this letter finds your family healthy and continuing to adjust to the new learning reality. The safety and well-being our school continues to be our top priority. Per Governor DeSantis’ Executive order issued April 18th, our school will remain closed throughout the 2019-2020 school year. We will continue remote learning through Friday May 29th. The week of June 1st will be used for any missed work, projects, or assessments that have not been turned in (Finals scheduled for that week will not be given to students). While we are very disappointed with this decision, we believe is the best decision at this time. We will be in contact with you regarding picking up personal possessions and summer office hours.

We will continue to provide online and book instruction to all the students during this closure, from K-12th grade. We will try to keep them academically engaged and socially connected with their teachers and class.

Throughout the coming months, we will also communicate with parents that have students who need additional reinforcements and the academic plan that will be used to help students and families.

If you have any questions, concerns or need our help please do not hesitate to call our offices. This remote learning process has highlighted that a strong teacher-parent partnership is essential to ensure the learning continuity of our students. We are here to support you during this process.

Thank you for your patience and understanding as we together navigate these unexpected times.

Blessings to you all,
Ms. A. Hernandez
Director
